Bytte & retur vintage og spesialbestillinger / exchange and return policy

Many of our goods are one of a kind, vintage and can not be replaced, therefore we have a policy that all transported goods is at the customer's own risk and the post office's responsibility.
We ship with insurance up to 10.000NOK within Norway. Please contact Posten/Bring for all inquiries regarding damaged goods. 

Please note that we disclaim all responsibility after your order has left our shop and kindly ask for your understanding.

Lightning
Many of our lamps are vintage and are not marked with a stamp/approval as most newer lamps are and documents may be missing. Some lamps need new wire ring.Installation is at your own risk. We advise you to ask your electrician if you are in doubt.

 

IMPORTANT: 

Vintage items, display products, Murano and vintage lamps/chandeliers, art, custom made/custom orders (lamps, mirrors, furniture, fabrics, carpets etc) made to order are specially customized per order and non refundable.

Opened beauty products are also non refundable. 

Murano lamps can not be exchanged or refunded. 

VIKTIG: Bestillingsvarer, made to order , utstillingsmodeller, vintage produkter, muranolamper, kunst og spesialbestillinger som møbler, lamper, speil, tekstil og tekstilprodukter, tepper og andre produkter vi ikke har i sortimentet i butikk og som må bestilles spesielt for kunde kan IKKE RETURNERES, dvs du kan ikke få pengene tilbake. Murano kan heller ikke byttes. Ingen angrerett. Lamper i glass kan ved bevegelse i bolig naturligvis skape klirring, men det er ingen reklamasjonsrett av den grunn. 

FRAKT: Vi ønsker at alt av delikate knusbare produkter kjøpes fysisk i butikken. Skulle du allikevel ønske å få varer tilsendt, sender vi med posten som har erstatning opp til 10.000kr og det er posten sitt ansvar om varer blir ødelagt under transport og alle spørsmål rundt erstatning rettes til posten. Vi ber om forståelse for dette.

 

LAMPER, eldre ledninger, EL etc :

Mange av våre lamper og spesielt vintagelamper er ikke merket med stempel / godkjenning som mange nyere lamper er. Forhør deg med elektrikeren din om du er usikker på det elektriske og om det bør skiftes ut. 

 

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us. You'll get the address you will ship the package back to on email.   

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
