A tribute to timeless craftsmanship, patina and British tile history. In collaboration with Stenhuset, we have developed our own exclusive series of crackled glazed tiles, handmade in England. The glazes crack beautifully on the surface – a controlled process calledcrackling, with long craft traditions, which gives the tiles a vibrant and unique expression. The British tiles have a history dating back to 1936, and were collected by Queen Mary and exhibited in the Victoria & Albert Museum. Today, the heritage is carried forward in small, frugal productions – for those of you looking for something truly unique. Glazed tiles are often used in kitchens, bathrooms or as decorative elements where you want an authentic, beautiful expression – such as on a fireplace.
