The Clam Chair, also known as the Muslingestolen , was designed in 1944 by Danish upholsterer Arnold Madsen. The chair is characterized by its soft, organic shape with inviting upholstery and curved wooden armrests.
The model was relaunched after a long hiatus, and is now considered one of the most sought-after classics of Danish modernism. Each chair is produced in small editions and is of the highest quality – a combination of craftsmanship, comfort and history.
